6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis and may use a credit system for generations. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by Dreamina AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology except as necessary to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamina AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
